Aruba is My Paradise!

I just got back from my 3rd trip to this lovely island just 15 miles off the coast of Venezuela, in the Caribbean Sea. They r very cosmopolitan on the island, hailing from the Americas, South American countries, plus the Dutch, who consider this island along w Bonaire & Curacao, all Commonwealth nations associated w the Netherlands. And their pidgin language is called Papiamento, but English & Spanish r also widely spoken. They also have regular US type electrical outlets and take our dollars too, w no need to exchange currency really. But this is just background information. The feeling u get while there is just so HEAVENLY! It’s like a dream destination, so calm and beautiful, w its birds, numbering over 200 species, the ubiquitous iguanas, including brightly blue ones, and the Marriott Resort is just superlative also! They go out of their way to make u feel Queenly, most of the time, w a few minor glitches. And that Gelato & Co in the hotel lobby too! Oh my! U can get gelato in the USA, but not like this. Every night the line is yay long, because everyone knows how good it is, and that’s the Witching Hour for gelato eating! The lobby hosts live entertainment nightly too, and some of it is excellent even.

Water sports, surfing over calm water, jet skis, power boats joy riding…parasailing over the Sea…u name it, they have it. If u just want to strike a pose in the water, u can do that too, as it’s calm out there, very conducive 4 swimming. They have buoys and lines to mark the swim areas as well, so u r safe. And the water is also heavenly, warm but refreshing….u cannot take shells home tho. Leave them where they r.

And it’s a foodie Paradise too! Every which way as well: we ate sumptuously over our 8 night stay. And I am returning w 2 other friends in October this year as well. I feel like I am living the dream! Take a look. Dine on the beach, in the sand, or try your taste buds on European inspired cuisines w Creole mixed in. I can give u places u should try by now, for restaurants. Or shopping. Or amazing swimming, drinks frozen, cabanas, round the clock delivery of foods, and those great pools too. It’s like the Planet Risa on Earth, per my Star Trek habit. U should know that the Star Trek Cruise is visiting Aruba in February 2024 too, which is also on my calendar, visit #5 then…never enough!

Yup, paradise! Here on Earth! I had so many other pictures to upload here, but it’s taking too long now. U get the idea: go! While u still can, and the Earth is burning up too, but not so much on Aruba…because A/C and cool waters r so close by, w friendly 24 hr service. And I came back w a net profit from Stellaris Casino as well, which is really rare.
